About BestAI CAM

Not replacing the machinist — turning their experience into a repeatable process. Meet our methodology and principles.

What we do

BestAI CAM is an AI machining-preparation platform built for real CNC job-shop floors: the 2D drawings customers actually send (DWG / PDF / photos) are automatically converted into 3D models, G-code, and cutting simulations, with a second, independent AI cross-checking dimensions. The platform grew out of real machining jobs — every feature is proven on our own projects first (34 STEP-geometry + 28 G-code E2E checks) before it enters the specifications.

Methodology: human-in-the-loop

We do not promise "fully automatic to the machine." AI handles the repetitive, time-consuming, verifiable preparation work — drawing recognition, modeling, code generation, cross-checking; tolerance interpretation, datum and fixturing strategy, special processes, and pre-machining sign-off stay with professionals who know the floor. This is not a compromise forced by technical limits — it is the most reliable division of labor in manufacturing, and globally verified cases (ARUM in Japan, TITANS of CNC field tests in the US; articles in Chinese) point to the same conclusion.

Honesty principle: why our specs read conservative

Why we start from 2D drawings

Most solutions abroad assume the customer supplies a 3D model; on real shop floors, the job often starts from a 2D drawing, a PDF, or even a photo. We put drawing recognition and modeling at the first station of the workflow so AI starts from the actual starting point — the biggest difference between this platform and embedded AI CAM or fully-automatic approaches (now also in English).
